This is a 10 week programme delivered in conjunction with the MACDONALD HOLYROOD HOTEL, Edinburgh. Three weeks of in-house training followed by seven weeks of work placement where attendees will take part in work based learning within identified departments. All trainees will complete a full two day Hotel induction.
Interviews will be held at Edinburgh JCP on Friday 10th February 2016 at 10am. Course starts 29th February 2016.
They will be recruiting for their various hotels in and around Edinburgh.
This will prepare you for employment by providing underpinning knowledge of the Hospitality Sector. To provide you with basic Hospitality skills, within an agreed hotel.
You will be profiled to determine the best fit for a specific role within a specific department. You will also be allocated a mentor.
