Thistle’s Lifestyle Management courses focus on you, not your condition, and helps you explore tools and techniques to help you manage your health’ says Cathrin Griffiths, the Health and Wellbeing Manager of the Thistle Foundation.
The courses support you to take control of your life so that you can really truly live it and do the things that matter to you.
Classes take place once a week for 10 weeks. Each class lasts 3 hours and includes discussion, safe and appropriate physical activity and therapeutic relaxation.
