As the winter draws in and the weather gets a little less appealing, Fresh Start’s Community Growing Space near the Robin Chapel is winding down for winter.
A massive thank you goes out to all of those who have helped make the growing space such a success this year; we can’t wait to see what we achieve in 2016!
With the new year in mind, there will be a planning meeting held on the 18th January 2016 from 1pm-4pm in the Hays Business Centre.
This will be a fantastic opportunity for anyone thinking of getting involved in the new year to come along and hear more about our growing space, meet some of our existing volunteers and learn about the project.
There will be plenty opportunity to discuss ideas over suitable crops to plant in both our ground beds and raised beds, and also to suggest and chat about broader ideas on how to make the community growing space work for you and your community.
