The City of Edinburgh Council are currently proposing to introduce waiting restrictions on a number of locations in East Edinburgh.
The Council are proposing to install 24 hour waiting restrictions on some streets, which can be seen as double yellow lines, which they say aims to increase visibility between vehicle and pedestrians and to improve vehicle movement.
The proposal for the waiting restrictions cover the following streets:
Cairntows Close | Duddingston Road West |
Harewood Road | King’s Haugh |
North Peffer Place | Paisley Drive |
Peffer Place | Peffer Street |
Peffermill Road | Portobello High Street |
Wolseley Crescent | Wolseley Garden |
Willowbrae Road |
The proposal also includes a provision to extend the 24 hour loading prohibition on Brunstane Road.
