A home energy advisor from Home Energy Scotland will be based in the Craigmillar Medical Centre until Friday 20 November 2015.
As the nights become colder and homes become more expensive to heat, Home Energy Scotland and Craigmillar Medical Centre have agreed to work together to office advice to local residents on how to heat homes affordably.
Home Energy Scotland is managed by the Energy Saving Trust and provides free and independent advice including managing fuel debt, information on grants and funding to improve insulation or install a new heating system and advice on how to get the most out of your current heating.
The energy advisor will be based in the practise at the waiting room area with access to a private meeting space if desired.
Home Energy Scotland can also be contacted on Freephone 0808 808 2282 or you can check out their website for more information and handy energy and money saving tips here.
